Ok, Moms, give yourself a break. Yes, I have four kids and yes, I had three in diapers and cribs all at the same time. BUT, now that they are in their teens (barely) life is much different. I say different because easier doesn’t fit. It is mentally taxing to have a thirteen year old try to convince you that you are wrong. However, the real 24/7 work belongs to the parents of the little ones. I have conveniently forgotten how hands-on small people can be. I get to love them for the hour or two that they are with me but the Mom’s that are supplying the love the other 22 hours are to be commended! Wow six month old and three year old kiddos are busy but they are the sweetest source of love available.
